This personalized health coaching program focuses on you, your body, what stresses you, your vision of optimal health, and the goals YOU want to achieve
Your 3-month program includes:
Two 60-minute sessions per month (6 in-person/phone/video sessions) where we will focus on your challenges and your progress making step-by-step changes at your own pace
Educational handouts, recipes, and evidence-based resources
Unlimited email and text support between sessions (M-F 9 am-8 pm EST)
