I had also modified my breakfast routine following her suggestions, and after a simple change of eating more protein instead of a standard fruit breakfast I stopped being ravenous at 1 pm like I used to. Marina gave me a lot of great advice & suggestions that were specific to my body metabolism and easy to follow. I eat much healthier now and listen to my body more. And yes with the change in my daily food choices the damn 14 pounds effortlessly disappeared and what’s even more important never came back. My clothes fit great and I look 300 times better.
